Lawyer members must certify that they are licensed to practice law, their primary occupation is the practice of law and no more than 5% of their direct or indirect billings or time is derived from the defence of personal injury actions on behalf of institutional defendants, including insurance companies, Boards of Education and self-insuring corporate defendants; currently and for the full 12 month period immediately preceding this application.

  • Subscription to OTLA Update, a newsletter which alerts you to significant new judgments and motion rulings, and keeps you informed about OTLA activities

  • OTLA's continuing legal education programs are for members only and include two major conferences each year in May and October. The conferences traditionally occur over 1 1/2 days with meetings held during the breaks in the CLE program for litigation sections, New Lawyers Division, Women's Caucus and Law Clerks Section. The exhibit hall provides access to exhibitors demonstrating legal services and products

  • Access to a network of plaintiffs' counsel throughout Ontario, Canada and U.S.
