Summary

This program will take you through the nuts and bolts of running your own med/mal focus group, with guidance and insight for customizing them to the particular characteristics of your med/mal case. You will benefit from the extensive experience of two med/mal counsel who have conducted many focus groups for their own firms and others. Practical tips and useful precedents will be provided.
