Board Nomination Process

The OTLA Board of Directors consists of 30 voting Directors and 3 non-voting Section Chairs. 

Board terms begin in June each year and Directors are elected to a three year term with the potential to be re-elected for two additional (3 year) terms. There are generally 9 positions renewing each year.

Nomination forms can be submitted between December – February each year for up to nine positions.

The election is held at the April Board meeting with the slate of Directors presented for approval by the membership at the Annual General Meeting in May of each year.
