Spring Keynote:
Greg Tucker, Maurice Blackburn Pty LTD
Greg Tucker is an Australian strategist from Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, one of the largest personal injury and class action firms with 1100 staff across Australia. As the former CEO, who grew the organization fourfold in just over 12 years, he is currently their Chairman of Litigation Funding.
Greg will draw on his experience of class actions and personal injury work in countries like Singapore, England, Canada and Australia to guide you in preparing for the future trends in our industry and thinking about the expected shape of the sector over the next few years. He will also briefly delve into firm structures such as the Alternative Business Structure (ABS) firm of Slater and Gordon (listed on the stock exchange) and the current class action against this firm in Australia.
Greg brings a message of “Expecting the Unexpected” to changes he believes will definitely challenge us in the near future.
Conference Chairs: David Hayward, Andrea Girones, Charles Gluckstein & Duncan Macgillivray
