Join in on a candid conversation with President Ron Bohm and former President Paul Harte discussing the most vexing professional challenges for any trial lawyer – managing potential conflict with fellow plaintiff personal injury lawyers. Every trial lawyer will eventually come across a case where your interests or the interests of your client can come into conflict with other trial lawyers. Some approaches to these situations are better than others.
Ron and Paul will draw on their combined 50 years of experience, to give advice on:
- Offering second opinions to represented clients
- Managing the transfer of files
- Protecting the account of former counsel
- Assessing the accounts of other lawyers
- Suing your fellow trial lawyer
it's a program you won't want to miss and an excellent opportunity to get your professionalism hours before the year end.
