At this roundtable discussion, we will discuss with experienced legal counsel:

• What is required in your materials to get approval from the court.
• What investment products can be used an alternative to payment into court and how to get approval from the court with respect to those alternatives.
• What new challenges counsel has faced from the court in getting the infant settlement motions approved.
• Sealed Affidavits – What information should be sealed given privilege.

Precedents and checklists will also be shared to help our membership with getting infant settlement motions approved with more ease.
